I've been annoyed lately by the fact that the Hatari Atari ST emulator, which used to work quite well for me even on my new-ish computer, seems to be completely broken in its latest Mac builds--I can't get it to run anything consistently and I'm not sure what's up. But debugging that is probably deeper hacking than I want to do these days without getting paid.
On the other hand, in the 8-bit world, I remember when Atari800MacX gave me a choice of builds where the keyboard was broken and builds where the sound was broken, and now that's all fixed and working great.
